1. ESAHI Members shall abide by the Code of Ethics.
2. ESAHI Members shall not disclose inspection results or client information without
cleint approval.
3. ESAHI Members shall not receive compensation for recommending contractors, services, products,
having an interset in inspected propertie.
4. ESAHI Members shall not provide services that constitute a special license of the inspection,
if he/she does not hold that license.
5. ESAHI Members will respond professionally to the clients concers and complaints about the
inspection service.
6. ESAHI Members are committed to provide professional high quality service to the pulbic.
7. ESAHI Members shall follow all the laws regarding licensing, cerifications and conducting a
business or any other lawful regulattory in their county, state, city, country.
8.ESAHI Members shall never allow a client to direct the concers of the report or information contained
on a report.
9.ESAHI Members will not express an opinion on any aspect of an inspection unless it is based on the
experience and training of the inspector.
10. ESAHI Members shall not inspect any property in which the inspector, the inspection company has any
financial interest or any interest in the transfer of the property.
11. ESAHI Members shall not discriminate in any business activities (race, color, regigion, sex) and comply
with all Federal, State, and local laws concerning discrimination.
12. ESAHI Members shall avoid instances where potential conflict of interest or compromise of professional
judgement may occur.
13. ESAHI Members shall follow accepted industry standards and guidelines.
